Summit Pledge:
We pledge our ability
and willingness to apply proven Summit Financial Group techniques
and tools to substantially increase satisfaction from three very
important and different perspectives. They are:
1. Executive Management
Team
2. Benefits Management Team and
3. Employees, Dependents and Retirees
We pledge to thoroughly review the Past by collecting and analyzing
all the Data you can provide concerning your past (5 years Minimum
time period). This helps summarize plan costs and determine your
primary cost drivers. We call this Phase I: What you have and What
has been driving Costs.
This first step helps
us guide you in the creation of a personalized benefits philosophy
(this is reviewed and revised as necessary—annually, while
performing quarterly stewardship review). We call this Phase II:
Benchmarking and Stewardship.
We then help you establish
the best case reasonable steps for the development of an appropriate
Plan for your Benefits Future. We call this Phase III: Help Management
and Employees Know where they are going.
The next phase is essential
to the development and implementation of cost management opportunities
as you identify and prioritize various solution mechanisms that
fit your corporate culture and your benefits philosophy. We call
this Phase IV: How are we going to get there?
With Phases I thru IV
underway you can turn your attention to the development of a mechanism
for continuous improvement. This is where we help you continuously
monitor results, evaluate marketplace alternatives and Communicate
Communicate Communicate! We call this Phase V: The Success Loop.
